Terms of Sale
All prices and sales orders are in U.S. dollars. Payment terms include but are not limited to credit cards and certified checks. Prices are subject to change based on manufacturing costs without notice. Pricing errors are subject to adjustment and change. Special order items require a 35 % deposit which is non-returnable.
Warranty Information
All Instant Lock Products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 30 Days. Instant Lock should be notified immediately of any damaged or defective products for replacement or a refund. All defective products will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Instant Lock Damaged, abused, or misused items will not be covered. Warranty returns MUST be unused and have the complete product and have an RGA number on the packaging and in the package.
Return Policy
All Instant Lock Products are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defects. Defective products will be replaced at the discretion of the Manufacturer All RETURNS MUST have an RGA # ( return goods authorization ) or they will be refused. All returns must be in the original packaging with parts RGA’s MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL, with a reason for the return. RGA numbers must be referenced on the return label. Returns of used or damaged goods will be refused.
Shipping Terms
Minimum Shipping for all orders is 9.95 Free shipping may be negotiated for all orders over $1000.00 WITHOUT special conditions. Custom Orders are subject to special shipping terms. Instant Lock reserves the right to choose the carrier.
